Setting Firefox as default browser in Kubuntu 8.10

Click on the ‘K’ (Application Launcher Menu)

Select ‘System Settings’

Click ‘Default Applications’

Select ‘Web Browser’

Select ‘In the following Browser’ radio button

Press the ‘…’ button

Find ‘Firefox Web Browser’ in the known applications

Press ‘OK’

Press ‘Apply’
