Hate Voicemail?
I hate voicemail. If I have it, I rarely check it, until it's full... I also hate answering my phone when I am busy.
But, I want to run a business and offer a good reasonable response time.
I just found a great way to streamline my requirements. There's a company called PhoneTag that you can forward your calls to, and messages are transcribed and sent back to you via email.
It's quick, and it means I get my messages when I check my email, without having to go through a clunky phone interface.
I'm trialing it out for 30 days to see what it is like. I'll report back if I continue using the service after the trial period.
